Abstract:
TYPO3 is a marvelous CMS, probably the best on the Open Source market. In the same time, there are other powerful CMS, and they have their own pluses which could be with success implemented in the TYPO3 core and extensions.
This tutorial will cover such aspects of CMS building as advanced structural principles, systems of caching, extension internal cooperation and synergy, FE & BE usability, custom workflows, versionning, security paradigms, advanced SEO, complex taxonomies, media-libraries, dynamic templating and FE user interactivity. The objectives of the tutorial are : to give to TYPO3 developers additional possibilities to improve the quality and the logic of community extensions and to adapt the TYPO3 to the future of Web development.
